6. Recruiting and Placement Services

Business Sergeant connects veteran candidates with businesses seeking talent. We do not guarantee employment, specific job placements, or hiring outcomes. All employment decisions are made solely by the hiring organization and the candidate. Separate recruiting agreements or placement terms may apply and will be provided prior to engagement.

7. Academy and Community

Access to the Business Sergeant Academy and Community may be offered on a free or paid basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to change access terms, features, pricing, or availability at any time. Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally, treat other members with respect, and refrain from sharing confidential or proprietary community content outside of the community without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on bizsgt.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, frameworks, templates, videos, and software, is the property of Business Sergeant or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content or services without prior written consent.

9. User Content

By submitting content to our site, community, or academy (including posts, testimonials, comments, or other materials), you grant Business Sergeant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our services and marketing.
